Barre Class

Barre class is a hybrid workout that combines many elements of health and fitness. Using a mixture of dance, yoga, pilates and strength training you will benefit from a full body workout whilst improving your flexibility, mobility and core strength.

 

Hiit X

This class will get your heart pumping! 

 

Designed for those who enjoy a sweaty fast paced workout, this class is guaranteed to burn those calories! 

 

in Hiit X we combine resistance & aerobic movements  with both high reps and low rest, giving yourself just enough to catch your breath before your straight back in. 

 

If you're wanting to feel like you’ve worked out this class is definitely for you. 

 

Our capped numbers in this class allow our trainers to pay more individual attention to you, making sure we either give you a little push, make some adjustments or just motivate you to carry on!

This programme offers a fun, empowering and energetic environment for mothers. 

Perfect for those who want to socialise this group forms real friendships in a like-minded atmosphere. 

 

Enjoy taking part in a variety of classes covering all aspects of fitness and exercise.

Pilates 

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

This workout is designed with a purpose of improving your cardiovascular health, strengthening your core and burning those calories. 

We will take you through all of the different movements and motions to help you develop a strong and functional core. 

 

Furthermore we will combine this with varied training methods to develop your cardiovascular health through body weight exercises and our cardio machines and equipment.
